What are your candles made of?
All Scented Aromas candles are crafted using 100% natural soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and premium phthalate-free fragrance oils for a clean, long-lasting burn.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental US.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. If your item arrived damaged, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
How do I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, always allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during the first use. This usually takes 2-3 hours and sets the 'memory' for future burns.
Do you offer international shipping?
