At Scented Aromas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the unused candles or diffusers in their original packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
